Ashley Kim, MA, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, currently under the supervision of Dr. Lindsay Akers LPC-S, RPT, Certified CCPT-S. Ashley graduated and received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Baylor University in 2017. She later received her master’s degree in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2024. Ashley believes in the power of an empathetic, safe, and trusting counseling relationship that provides an empowering space for clients to grow, heal, and accomplish their goals in their unique season of life. She has a deep compassion for people of all ages and seeks to partner with each client by using various counseling methods to fit each client’s needs and goals.
Ashley loves to work with adults, college students, teenagers, and children. Ashley has training in different approaches that she utilizes with adults and training in play therapy for child clients under the age of 10.
