Walt Jordan was raised in Fort Worth and graduated from Stephen F Austin University with a bachelors degree in Business and Journalism. He retired in 2023 as Vice-President of Governmental Affairs with Oncor after a long career in the energy/utility industry with multiple leadership roles.
Walt returned to the His Story board in 2025 after serving for many years beginning in 2016. He is married to Kim, his beautiful wife of 37+ years and has one son, Luke. The Jordan’s have led many marriage enrichment/improvement groups in prior years and currently lead a home group in their local church.
